- Sizes and lengths: verify the range you plan to stock against actual measurements, and check whether the hardware matches the strap width on every size.
- Printing and color: dyed webbing fades differently from printed patterns, and color consistency between batches matters for your catalog photos.
Then think about packaging and compliance. Hanging cards, poly bags and tags affect shelf appeal and freight volume, and some markets apply standards to pet products or require labeling in the local language. Confirm which documentation the supplier can provide and which you must arrange with your own lab or agent; do not rely on certificates a supplier cannot actually show you.
